Last week, I send a message to my all contacts on Linkedin. I provide four key words of purchase “ Quality , Price, Time, Service” and hope my contacts can help me to give sort for these four words, which one you think is the most important point for you to choose appropriate supplier?

Here want to sincerely thanks for my contacts their kind feedback and precious opinion then I can have chance to write this and share my thought with you.

According to their opinion most of them will put the “Quality” at first. But second would be “ Time” or “Price” and Third or last normally will be “Service”, different people has different requirement and different thought. I take my highly respect to all opinion.

For myself, I really appreciate for customers who focus on quality part, because what we dedicate on is provide good quality to each customer. Which i never tell my customer we can give rock bottom price to reach good quality. Everything has balance for it, if pay all attention on price then you may lost quality at same time. I believe good quality is best name care for a company, and it's a key point to keep good, health, development company grow up to be strong capability industry. However, I don't agree with good quality must worth expensive price also. Good quality deserve reasonable marketing price that's what I think. Quality and price always been two important parts of consideration for every purchase. And time is also very important. Take one of my friend words (who come from IAC Group) “ every projects need to reach the OEM launch of car, timing is very critical and must be kept” . So I don’t like waste any time of project during inefficiently communication before production, because I know any minute I earn for project is money and reputation I earn for my customer and myself also. Actually, I think “Service” is already work before all of it. Why is that? Because we provide our service start on we get first connection with every potential customer, let them feel my sincere service heart first, and get better understanding during each communicate. Then really service will begin on first RFQ, through one quotation you can feel a supplier’s professional and efficient work then detection of price range. After that may will move to what we always emphasize “Quality”.

When you give sort for it and try to explain why is matters. You will realize these four parts is all matter to influence successful project.
